Anti-Ouch Pouches

Wednesday’s Guild meeting was sneaking up on me, so last weekend I got busy and finished stitching the 15 anti-ouch pouch kits I picked up last month.  Other than that, no news from the sewing room.  My enthusiasm was dampened by a cold.

The Blackberry bushes continue to yield fruit with more not yet ripe.  I’ve put several quarts in the freezer, so Bob will eventually get his blackberry cobbler.

I’m certain this Salvia had white blooms last year!  I’m just glad it came back as it died to the ground during the winter.

Those blackberries are so plump and juicy looking! A berry cobbler sounds wonderful. How interesting about the salvia, that one is sure a pretty color. Hope your cold gets better. Our son finally made it up here last weekend after being unable to come due to his severe cold on Mother's Day. He has had his cold for 3 weeks - hope yours doesn't last that long.

I don't have blackberry bushes anymore they took up too much room in the garden and they were not a favorite here. I did get a handful of blueberries thought this morning and I got them before the birds did! I will need to watch and see if I need to put netting over them.
